Following up on the first edition in october 2023 at the Jacques Monod Institute, the "Physics & Life Sciences" section of the French Physical Society organizes its second scientific day, together with the Grenoble OLIMPICS federation. Its aim is to bring together scientists working in different areas of the Physics of Life to trigger interactions and discoveries.

Research fields widely present on the Grenoble site will be the focus of this second edition, with one session centered around radiations, and another around surfaces and interfaces. Each of these two sessions will start with an introduction seminar allowing researchers outside these fields of research to discover the issues explored and to make the most of the day.

In addition, a non-thematic session and a poster session will allow all participants to present their work.

Finally, the SFP “Physics & Living” PhD prize award will be an opportunity to discover the exceptional work of a young researcher from our community.

Experienced researchers and young researchers are equally invited to participate and offer their contributions to the different sessions.

Lunch and coffee breaks will be covered. Registration is mandatory.
