Brilliant invited speakers will illustrate the four thematics of OLIMPICS federation:

Inscriptions are open with possibilities for oral or poster presentations (deadline: September 15th). You can all participate with an oral presentation (15min + 5min questions) or a poster. A selection for the oral presentations will be done if necessary. The conference is primarily targeting PhD students, post-docs and early-track researchers but is open to any scientist.

Prices: ~150€ for non-permanent (PhDs and post-doc) and ~250€ for permanents.

Prices include housing, lunches and diners from Monday 12am to Thursday 2pm inclusive and all coffee breaks.

Prices also include a bus travel from Grenoble to the conference with a stop at Chambéry on Monday 12th of October and the way back on Thursday 15th of October. Please indicate in the inscription form if you are willing to take the bus. 

An email will be sent after the inscription to ensure payment through Azur-Colloque. The inscription will only be confirmed after full payment has been received.

Housing will take place in shared bedrooms. It is possible to indicate potential room-mates in the inscription form.
